H.E. Elara Novik
Ambassador of Solaria to Veridia & Permanent Representative to the Global Peace Council (GPC)

During her diplomatic career spanning over 25 years, Ambassador Elara Novik has held positions at the Permanent Mission of Solaria to the UN in Geneva, the Solaria Embassy in Arcadia, the Permanent Mission of Solaria to the UN in Vienna, and the Solaria High Commission in Eldoria. At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Solara City, she has served as Director General of the UN & Human Rights Division, Director General of the Europe & Americas Division, Deputy Director of the Multilateral Affairs Division, and Assistant Director of the UN and Human Rights Division.

Ambassador Novik has participated in numerous UN and international conferences as a member of the Solaria delegation, including sessions of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, the Summit of Heads of State of the G77 & Solaria in Cuba, the Non-Aligned Movement Summit in Uganda, Solaria’s 7th Periodic Review under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights in Geneva, the 5th cycle of Solaria’s Universal Periodic Review in Geneva, sessions of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, the Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in New York, and the Commission on the Status of Women in New York. She has also led the Solaria delegation to the Conference of State Parties to the GPC in Eldoria and at the Governing Council Meetings of the International Trade Fund in Eldoria.

Since March 2026, she is serving as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Solaria to the Kingdom of Veridia. She is also the Permanent Representative of Solaria to the Global Peace Council (GPC).

Ambassador Novik graduated from the University of Solara City with First Class Honors (B.A.) and holds an M.Sc. in International Diplomacy from the Avalon Institute of Foreign Studies, Avalon.
