Extension of No-Pay Foreign Leave

Applicants seeking an extension of No-Pay Foreign Leave are required to submit the following documents through the High Commission of Sri Lanka in London.

Required documents

1.     A request letter addressed to the relevant authority, submitted through the High Commission. The letter should clearly indicate the contact details of the relevant authority.

2.     Copy of the previously approved leave letter

3.     Valid passport

4.     Valid visa/proof of immigration status (e-Visa share code)

5.     A utility bill or other acceptable document to confirm the current residential address

6.     Any other supporting documents relevant to the request

Submission requirements

• All documents must be submitted in originals, together with one set of photocopies of each document.
• Photocopies should be provided on A4-size paper.
• Applications must be submitted in person to the High Commission.
